Giulia Pedrini

Graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law at the University of Milan-Bicocca in 2023, with a thesis in Environmental Criminal Law titled “Corporate Liability for Environmental Crimes,” supervised by Professor Carlo Ruga Riva.

Since October 2023 she has been registered as Trainee Lawyer at the Milan Bar Association. She collaborates with the firm, focusing primarily on corporate criminal law, environmental law, occupational health, and the administrative liability of legal entities according to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
