Senior Associate
Graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law at the University of Milan in 1993, with a thesis in Criminal Law.
She has collaborated with the Criminal Law Department at the University of Milan under Professors Giorgio Marinucci and Emilio Dolcini, serving as a member of the examination boards, as well as a speaker at seminars and a supervisor for thesis projects.
She has been a member of the Bar Association of Milan since 1997 and was admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court and the European Court of Human Rights in 2009.
She has gained extensive professional experience exclusively in criminal law, particularly in corporate criminal law, bankruptcy law, criminal tax law, environmental law, financial market law, occupational health, and the administrative liability of legal entities according to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
