Guido Rinaldini

Founder

Graduated in Law from the University of Milan.
He has been a member of the Bar Association since 1964, and was admitted to represent clients before the Italian Supreme Court in 1978.
He began his professional career at the Law Firm of Pellegrini Piontelli, successors to the nineteenth-century firm of Attorney and Senator Luigi Rossi, which was among the most prominent Lawyers in Milan at the time. He became the owner of the firm in 1970, the same year that the Rinaldini Law Firm was founded.
He collaborated with the Department of International Procedural Law at the University of Milan with Professor Mario Giuliano.
Throughout his extensive career, he has provided legal consultancy and assistance to major national and international companies in corporate, commercial, banking, and bankruptcy law.
He has gained vast experience in out-of-court matters, particularly in debt restructuring, corporate reorganization, procedures for listings on official markets, and relations with regulatory authorities, serving as the longstanding lawyer for the historic Banca Cesare Ponti of Milan.
He has held numerous prestigious positions as Trustee and Judicial Commissioner in bankruptcy proceedings involving major national companies.
He has received numerous mandates in his area of expertise from important national and foreign credit institutions, for which he has been and continues to be a member of the Board of Directors.
