Martina Giovenzana

Graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law at the University of Milan-Bicocca in 2019.
In 2021 she earned a II-level Master’s Degree in Corporate Criminal Law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan.

She has been a member of the Monza Bar Association since February 2022.
She has been listed among the public defenders before the Juvenile Court of Milan since January 2024.
She provides consultancy and judicial assistance in the main areas of criminal law, with particular focus on corporate criminal law, bankruptcy law, criminal tax law, environmental law, financial market law, occupational health, and the administrative liability of legal entities according to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
