Graduated with honors in Law from the University of Milan in 1993 with a thesis in Criminal Law.
She has long collaborated with the Criminal Law Departments at the University of Milan under Professors Giorgio Marinucci and Emilio Dolcini, as a member of the examination committees, as well as a speaker at seminars and thesis supervisor.
She studied abroad during her academic career, specializing at Berkeley University of California, Davis University of California, and the Facult\u00e9 Internationale de Droit Compar\u00e9 in Strasbourg.
She has been a member of the Bar Association of Milan since November 1996, and was admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court and other higher jurisdictions on February 2010.
She began her professional career in 1993 with Professor Gian Domenico Pisapia and continued her criminal law practice at the law firm of Giuliano Pisapia until 2005.
Since 2005, she has led the Criminal Law Division of the Firm, focusing on out-of-court and judicial activities in criminal law, particularly corporate and economic criminal law, environmental law, criminal tax law, excise duties rimes, financial market law, occupational health and administrative liability of legal entities according to Legislative Decree No. 231\/2001.
She has gained significant experience exclusively in criminal law, defending individuals, major companies, including listed and multinational companies and banks in important trials, nationally significant cases.
She is the Chairman and member of Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231\/2001.
She is a member of the Criminal Bar Association of Milan.
She is a member of the Association of Supervisory Body Members.
She has been a member of the Criminal Commission of the Bar Association of Milan and the Scientific Committee of the Criminal Bar Association of Milan.
She was already elected by the Bar Association of Milan as Delegate to the National Forensic Congress in Rimini in 2016 and was again appointed as Delegate to the National Forensic Congress in Catania in 2018.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
